Linercise -
Cardiovascular class offered once or twice a week.
Twice a week - $40 Once a week - $25
Routines & dances are taught so beginners are welcome.
Wear comfortable workout type attire. Smooth soles recommended.
Liability release required. 4 Weeks - 1.25 Hour

As with any vigorous exercise, you should consult with your
family physician.

7:00 - 8:15PM

Beginner 1 & 2 Line Dancing - This is a
combined class. Students registering for this class should be
comfortable with syncopated steps and learning new moves & more
difficult dances.
4 Weeks - $30 per person. Must have completed Beginner level
classes or exhibit the ability to succeed in this class.1.25 Hour
sessions. |

Beginner Partner Dance - 2
Step, Waltz, Nite Club 2 Step, East Coast Swing, West Coat Swing, & Pattern Dances.
This is a segmented class - meaning that not all the listed dances will be
taught each session. For specifics, please call 772-7728.
$30 per
person - 4 week session - 1.25 Hour sessions.

Beginner 2/Intermediate Partner Dancing
- More difficult moves than beginner in EC Swing, WC Swing, 2 Step, Waltz, Nite
Club 2 Step & Pattern Dances. 4 Weeks - $30 per person.
Must have completed Beginner Partner class prior to this class.

One Time Only Walk Ins in
all classes $8. Students need to be registered by week 2.
