August Dancing**

The Crossroads will be open for dancing on Saturday August 21st, from 7:30-10:30PM. 
Line dance lessons are from 7:30-8:00PM and the partner lesson is 8-8:30, with open dancing from 8:30-10:30. Check the website monthly, to see which nights, there is  dancing.  Dances will be scheduled around
building rentals and catering events.  See you then.

Partner Pattern Dance Workshop
The date of the Pattern Dance workshop has been rescheduled to Monday
August 23rd, due to a conflict in our schedule.  The two hour workshop
will review one already taught dance plus two or three new to the area Pattern dances.
The cost for the workshop is $15 per person.  For those who are new dancers, a
Pattern dance is one such as the "10 Step", where all couples are executing the same
movements at the same time.  It is a gorgeous event to watch and even more fun to
participate in, as the movements are choreographed.

Don't forget to vote on the levy to increase the school taxes for CDA, Post Falls,
and Rathdrum on August 24th.  Isn't it amazing that the only folks who can live on what they make is the taxpayer.  Folks always have great ideas - as long as it's someone else's money they are spending.
