November 2011 Dancing**
The Crossroads will be open for dancing on  two Saturdays in November - November 12th &
November 26th from 7:30-10:30PM. 
Line dance lessons are from 7:30-8:00PM and the Partner lesson is 8-8:30,
with open dancing from 8:30-10:30. Check the website monthly, to see which nights,
there is  dancing. Dances will be scheduled around building rentals and catering events. 

Saturday November 12th is Flag nite.  Honor our Veterans by wearing
 a US flag pin, cap, shirt or ? and be entered
 in to a drawing for a door prize.
 
Saturday, November 26th is Pet Food nite.  Bring a can or two or three of pet food and be
 entered into a drawing for a door prize. The more you bring - the better your chance to win.

Please Make A Note
After the current session of classes ends, we will switch to the no scheduled classes
during the Holiday season. Also, we will not have a scheduled session of classes until March.
We will be teaching out east and caring for Pat's Mom during that time.

Want to have a really special event with delicious food - then check us out. 
Kicker Catering does great delicious from-scratch menus and The Crossroads
Dance Club & Event Facility has an ambiance to be found nowhere else.
Got your own place - Kicker Catering does cater at our place or yours.  Check out
our special family - bonding rehearsal dinners.  We provide the entertainment. We do great
church group outings - meal and lessons.  Great class reunions, anniversaries, receptions,
luncheons, memorial lunches etc etc etc ...........

THANK YOU

Thanks to all who wore costumes to the Halloween dance.  We had 2 great hippies from
the 60's (don't know why I threw those clothes away), Mother Hen, the good witch, Phantom
of the Opera, the great snoopy pumpkin shirt and the flashing Android? and Pumpkin shirts.
Thanks for playing and thank you Jill for the wonderful Banana Bars and the classy bag of popcorn
 from Marianne.

Class Walk Ins - $10
Dance classes at The Crossroads are scheduled sessions of lessons.  If you find that you have
a conflict with one of the weeks in the session - please let us know.  New dancers who would
like to try a class, are always welcome to pay the one-time walk in fee.

Thanks to all who supported our fundraiser breakfast to help raise funds for "Honor Nite"
for the returning guard.  A huge thank you to our cooks and helpers - Jill, Kellee, Dan, Mark
and John AND to our diners and bidders.  A very special thanks to Mary Lambert,
John Hoffman, Jill Bowes and Starbucks (Hayden) for their donations to the auction.
Between the auction items, the lesson donation jug and breakfast - we raised approximately
$600.  God Bless you all for your generosity AND thanks for your giving hearts.

Thank you to the best Idaho trash picker uppers that we know -
Mary Lambert, Fred Lambert and Doris Fleming. Their undying commitment to keeping
mile one to two on Highway 41 clear of Walmart bags, Ziggy's plastic, peanuts and etc,
plastic drink lids and whatever else that people can't throw away at home - is very much
 appreciated.  Thanks for the yummy dishes you guys brought to
the Roadkill BBQ afterwards.
